The Leipzig-based association “Initiative Awareness” was founded in 2018 as a response to the high demand of concepts integrating anti-discrimination strategies into events such as partys, conferences, festivals and camps.
Our goal is to develop strategies to minimize discrimination of any kind and give support to those affected.
The „Initiative Awareness“ was founded to raise awareness to the topic. By providing workshops and counseling the initiative wants to encourage organizers, clubowners, staff and guests respond to nightlife-related discrimination that happens during, before or after their events.
With many years of experience on that matter, we offer counseling to find your very own approach that fits your individual needs as every event is unique.
